Official Rules – IG Giveaway

Bali Teak Collective $2,600 Outdoor Set Giveaway — Official Rules
Sponsor: Bali Teak Collective, St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
Promotion Period: Starts October 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM Central Time (CT) and ends December 15, 2025 at 11:59 PM CT.
Eligibility: Open to legal U.S. residents, 18+. Void where prohibited. Employees/agents of Sponsor and their immediate families/household members are not eligible.
How to Enter (Instagram @bali_teak_collective):

1. Follow @bali_teak_collective on Instagram.
2. Like the giveaway post (pinned).
3. Comment and tag one (1) friend who loves outdoor spaces. Each additional comment that tags a different friend = one (1) additional entry, up to ten (10) total comment entries per person.
   Bonus Entries: Share the giveaway post to your IG Story and tag @bali_teak_collective during the Promotion Period for three (3) bonus entries (max once per account). Private accounts must temporarily make Stories viewable to Sponsor or send a DM screenshot for verification.
   Entry Limits/Conduct: Do not create multiple or fake accounts. Do not tag brands/celebs or people you don’t know. Spam, offensive, or bot entries are void. No purchase necessary; purchases don’t increase odds.
   Prize/Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Two lounge chairs + one side table (teak), ARV $2,600. Model/finish may vary based on availability. Local pickup at Shrewsbury showroom is encouraged; standard ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. is included. No cash alternative. Not transferable.
   Winner Selection/Odds: One (1) winner selected at random from eligible entries on October 15, 2025. Odds depend on number of eligible entries.
   Notification/Verification: Winner will be notified via @bali_teak_collective DM and/or comment reply and must respond within 48 hours with shipping/pickup details and eligibility confirmation. If not timely, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor may require proof of identity/eligibility.
   Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes/fees. Consult your tax advisor.
   Publicity: By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner’s name/handle, city, and photos of the prize for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   General Conditions: Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend this Giveaway if fraud or technical failures impair its integrity; Sponsor’s decisions are final. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
   Release/Instagram Disclaimer: By entering, you release Instagram and Sponsor from liability related to participation or prize. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. You understand you are providing information to Sponsor, not Instagram.
